How can I track my order ?

After placing your order, you can check its status in your account page.
We will also send you an email to confirm your order has been received and another email containing the tracking number once it is shipped.

We offer several payment methods such as :

What shipping methods do you offer ?

We use the Swiss Post as our only delivery service.
The rates are calculated at checkout depending on the total weight of your items.

- Courrier A (small letter) = 1.20 CHF

- Small Parcel (up to 2kg) = 8.50 CHF

- Medium Parcel (up to 10 kg) = 11.50 CHF

- Large Parcel (up to 30 kg) = 20.50 CHF

Where do you ship ?

Can I change or cancel my order ?

You can change or cancel your order only if the order has not been shipped already.

Can I return a product and get a refund ?

Due to the nature of the product we sell, we cannot offer returns or refunds. 
However, if you receive the wrong items, please do send us a picture within 14 days after the order and we will refund upon return at our cost within 48 hours.
