RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Order cancellation


Order cancellation is only possible before dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns & refunds


Due to the collectible and condition-sensitive nature of trading cards and sealed TCG products, we accept returns only in the following cases:

  1. the item is damaged or defective on arrival, or

  2. you received the wrong item.

How to report an issue (within 48 hours)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@raritem.com with clear photos of:

  • the item,

  • the packaging, and

  • the shipping label.
    Requests made after this timeframe may be refused.

Return window (7 days after approval)
If your claim is approved, you must ship the item back within 7 calendar days of our approval.

Return conditions

  • Sealed products must remain unopened and the seal must be intact.

  • Single cards must be returned in the same condition as received, properly protected (sleeve + top loader), and must not show any additional wear or handling.
    We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product has been opened, altered, or further damaged after delivery.

Resolution
If approved, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.
Return shipping costs are covered by Raritem only when the issue is our fault (wrong item or damage/defect on arrival).

Missing or misdirected shipments / late delivery
